Frequent Questions

How much advance notice is required?

We recommend submitting your request at least 48 hours prior to your desired drop-off time. For holiday weekends, 7 days is preferred to guarantee availability.

Can I modify my gear list after submitting?

Yes. Once you receive your initial confirmation email, you can reply directly to adjust your equipment list up to 24 hours before delivery.

What if ice conditions are unsafe?

Safety is paramount. If local authorities issue unsafe ice warnings, or our delivery team deems access unsafe, you may reschedule without penalty or receive a full cancellation.
