How far in advance should I request gear?
We recommend submitting your request at least 48 hours prior to your planned excursion to ensure we can reserve and prep your desired equipment.
What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear is expected. However, severe damage due to negligence may incur repair or replacement fees. We review the equipment condition with you upon delivery and pickup.
Do you provide bait?
Currently, we focus strictly on hardware and shelter. We do not provide live bait or food supplies.
